Our Milestones

The process of ciptravels shaping the travel business ecosystem for 15 years

Since its inception, Ciptravels has grown into a trusted name in luxury travel and investment. From launching our first fleet of premium vehicles to expanding into private villa management and mobile apps, each milestone represents our commitment to excellence.

2010 – The Beginning:
Conventional Car Rental

Started as a conventional CV, offering consignment car rentals, mainly rental associates. This period was important learning as well as our understanding of productive asset investment.

2016 – Innovation Trial: Ciptadrive & Ciptavesta

Launched Ciptarent and Ciptainvest receiving our first investments in Hiace and Innova. Began direct customer sales through our website.

2019 – Transformation into
PT. Cipta Indonesia Pesona Travel (Ciptravels)

Upgraded to PT. Cipta Indonesia Pesona Travel (Ciptravels) and expanded with Ciptatour & Ciptaticket divisions.

2020 – Digitalization & Tech Expansion:
Birth of Ciptadigitex

Embraced digitalization with the formation of Ciptadigitex for travel technology solutions.

2021 – 2022 – Business Expansion & Franchise Investment

Entered franchise exhibitions to expand vehicle investment opportunities.

2023 – System Development, Legal Protection & Luxury Villa Business

Established Ciptarerra (premium villa management), secured Ciptravels’ patent rights, and optimized SEM & SEO across platforms. Grew Ultimate Agents network to 25+ across Indonesia.

2024 – Entering the App Market & Strengthening Digital Presence

Launched Ciptravels app (80% completion) and KPI System.

2025 – Expansion, Innovation & Education

Opening Ciptravels HQ in BSD (Feb 2025), expanding to 5 major cities, and launching CiptaInspire for travel business education.
